I provide a wide range of services. Every thing I do is a passion, and they all inform one another. My building experience helps me take a "structural approach" to my consultation on community design, for example, and my meditation & Buddhist practice informs the way I teach Contact Improv.

Facilitation, Mediation, & Community Support

I can facilitate both large & small groups, provide mediation to individuals or groups in conflict, and provide consultation for your developing collective.

Building & Handyman Services

I can build your backyard 'ohana unit or addition you've been dreaming about. I specialize in remodels with an eye toward the aesthetic.

Meditation & Buddhist Practice

I teach Buddhist meditation & practice within the Triyana tradition of the Triratna Order.

Contact Improvisation

I've been practicing Contact Improv since 2001, and teaching since 2005. I teach classes, lead jams, and host labs.

I can facilitate a rite of passage for you or your group.
